1954: I.O.O.F (Independent Order of Odd Fellows) Hall Built

The structure was constructed in 1954 as the Independent Order of Odd Fellows Hall.

When the Langley Odd Fellows consolidated with the Oak Harbor branch in 1984, the building was given to the Rebekahs, the female branch of the benevolent order. It then became the Rhododendron Rebekah Lodge.

The City of Langley used the building for court proceedings with Larry Shafer and Carolyn Cliff serving as municipal judges.

Membership in the Rebekahs dwindled and the building was sold to Maureen and Ray Cooke in 1997. According to Phylis Henney, "Younger people are not interested. They don't like the ritual."

1997: Kitchen Shoppe

After some remodeling and the addition of a slanted roof, Maureen Cooke ran The Kitchen Shoppe and The British Shop in the building until 2000. In 2001, the Cookes opened a 10-table restaurant called the Fish Bowl in the building until replacing it with Mo's Pub and Eatery in 2011. After continued complaints of noise, Mo's Pub closed December 15, 2015.

2016: Spyhop Public House

The building was purchased by Dan and Susan Morgan who remodeled the interior of the building and opened the Spyhop Restaurant in August, 2016.
