C'est Moi, Bandbox, Jester's Keep, Residential units (Murdoch McLeod residence)

One of four McLeod brothers to settle in Langley, Murdoch McLeod came to Langley around 1904, then lived in Saratoga for a time before returning to Langley with his family in 1917. The house was later occupied by Murdoch's son Boyd.
2009: Complex constructed

A three-story building was constructed on the lot in 2009. There were four residential units above and two retail spaces on the first floor.

The first businesses to occupy the first floor were Bliss, a beauty parlor, on the left and Wander on Whidbey, a clothing store on the right. A photography business called Shanda Hilton Photography briefly occupied the space vacated by Bliss and was replaced by Simply Nails and Spa in 2017.

Wander on Whidbey was replaced by Mike Johnson's FrontRow Creative, a screen printing company, in 2012. The Salish Sea Salon replaced FrontRow Creative in 2019. Simply Nails moved to Bayview in 2020, leaving the 101 space vacant.

2021: Odigo, a brand marketing firm, occupied the 101 space, and Securian Insurance and Financial Advisors moved into 102.
2022: Securian Insurance and Financial Advisors moved and the space was occupied by C'est Moi.
