1992: Rebecca's Beauty Supplies
Built by Shant and Archie Garibyan in 1991, the first tenet was Archie's wife's "Rebecca's Beauty Salon."
1998: Many Rivers
David Whyte purchased the building in 1998 and opened Many Rivers. The Many Rivers staff supports the work of poet David Whyte's speaking engagements, tours, and publications.

Angela Alkove's River Horse Writing Studio replaced Many Rivers in 2023.
